The means must be invented. Created. And that is the salt and sugar of our work. It’s amazing to think about people’s emotions, needs, and desires: to consider what they really care about and what would make them take action.

This job isn't always a walk in the park, nor is it easy. You need to be creative, but you also have to endure the so-called boredom that inevitably comes with the execution phase of many projects.
Luckily, there are brilliantly smart colleagues here, who make it a joy to grind through the work. Many of them brew quite tolerable coffee, and most of them tell terribly bad jokes. Many heads also mean many thoughts and ideas, from which it's great to sift out the gems.
And producing and recognizing those gems is always just as thrilling.
